Terms, kept simple.

Last updated — July 2026 · Brooklyn, New York

The agreement

These terms govern your use of chronos.studio, the website of Chronos Studio ("we", "us"). By browsing the site you accept them; if you don't, please don't use the site.

If you commission work from us, that engagement is governed by the proposal, statement of work, or contract we sign together — not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

The studio & the work

Chronos Studio is a product-photography studio based in Brooklyn, New York that fuses human creative direction with AI to craft premium imagery for brands. This site presents our approach, services, case studies, and writing so you can decide whether we're the right studio for your project.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — imagery, films, text, design, code, and the Chronos Studio name and marks — is owned by Chronos Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • reproduce, republish, or redistribute any imagery or content from this site;
  • use any content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning or AI models;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest the site beyond what our robots directives allow;
  • frame the site or present its content as your own.

Clients receive a commercial license to their commissioned imagery under their engagement agreement — those rights are theirs and are not affected by this section.

Speculative work & trademarks

Some case studies on this site are self-initiated, speculative concept work — studies we created to demonstrate our craft. They are disclosed as such wherever they appear, marked with a ✦ and an accompanying note. Live client engagements are identified as live engagements.

Third-party brand names and trademarks shown in speculative studies belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those brands — and no such relationship should be inferred unless a case study explicitly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Use the site as a well-behaved visitor. In particular, don't:

  • interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
  • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with anyone when contacting us;
  • use the site or its contact channels to send spam or unlawful material.

Figures & estimates

The figures we publish — such as "up to 80% cost reduction", "48–72h first drafts", or the savings shown in case-study comparisons — reflect real and representative engagements, but they are illustrative. They are not a quotation or a binding offer; the scope, timeline, and price of any project are set out in its proposal.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party platforms — social networks, client sites, references. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chronos Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where the consumer-protection law of your place of residence gives you non-waivable rights to a different venue.

Changes & contact

We may revise these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
